XSEED Universal serves as a link between schools and parents, providing a potent instrument for monitoring Students’ academic achievements via clear data representation.

Timeline

From explorations to final designs in 8 weeks while working with multiple projects at the same time

Background

Originally envisioned as a digital report card, XSEED Universal expanded during research into a holistic communication platform. This project marked my first end-to-end ownership of design, requiring close collaboration with product managers and stakeholders to align features with user needs.

Process

This category details the step-by-step approach taken during the project, including research, planning, design, development, testing, and optimization phases.

Research & Planning

Conducted market research to identify existing solutions, talked to the school authorities and collected the data about existing communication methods and brainstormed with the leadership team to understand the business scope of the project.

Design & Prototyping

Ideated the solution and built a interactive prototype and wireframe to pitch the initial idea and proved out we are building right solution and addressing the problems we identified during our research

Implementation

Leveraged agile development methodologies, collaborated with the development team to make sure we are aligned with the solution. Prioritized feature development based on user feedback and technical feasibility.

Testing & Optimization

Administered stringent checks on numerous gadgets and systems to ensure harmonization and efficiency. Collected user comments to create a web application convenient for both web and mobile navigation with simplicity.
